200+ Zero Point Weight Watchers Freestyle Foods
A couple days in on the Weight Watchers Freestyle plan and I am starting to feel comfortable! It’s a huge learning curve, especially since I haven’t done Weight Watchers since about 2 plans back. Freestyle is definitely very protein-focused which I am loving! I am still foraging the website and reading every bit of information I can to make sure that we get the BEST out of this plan.
The list of “free” foods is super impressive, and I have been tailoring different snack options around it. This is ideal for days that points are cutting it close but you’re still hungry! The zero point food list offers over 200 food choices so there is definitely something for everyone. Free foods are CLUTCH. Seriously ya’ll, BANANAS are free. This is not a drill, I repeat this is not a drill!
